The Greek vineyard is a ‘Terra Incognita’ to most wine lovers. Interestingly, there is an impressive plethora of ancient indigenous grape varieties. Most importantly, our unique wine styles are closely related to fascinating old traditions yet to be shared between us. Following my own research, I can now creatively match these distinctive wine offerings with my personal reimagined recipes from a bygone era.

Live a sensory, fun and interactive gastronomic experience. Specifically, four rare and exclusive wines have been artfully ‘married’ with our delicious food. And what is more, our flavourful reinvented recipes are thoroughly inspired by our authentic Corfiot cuisine while we use only fresh seasonal and organic local produce from our family’s garden. This wonderful experience has been also ‘blended’ with some unique bespoke music! With this in mind, immerse yourself in a four-course degustation menu with a real identity and a true sense of place.
Gastronomic Wine Dinner
Our gastronomic experiences are available on a daily basis either at 1:30pm or 7:30pm upon reservation only. Our cruise-ship guests can request for our special timings because of their short stay on the island. Prices above apply only in Corfu Town. In case you would like to enjoy these events at your villa or apartment, please contact us for further clarifications and pricing. Both events can accommodate up to ten guests in order to maintain an intimate and convivial atmosphere.
Additionally, all reservations operate on a prepayment system of the 50% of the total amount to confirm your booking. Also, this amount will be deducted from your bill on the day/evening of the event. Furthermore, any cancellations can be made two days in advance of the reservation to receive a full refund. If you’d like to cancel your reservation or reduce in numbers after this time, we reserve the right to retain payment.
Everything is designed to provide a Dine like home culinary experience for our guests to relish. For this reason, we respectfully ask for each guest to arrive 5 minutes before their reservation time. Late arrivals may miss courses or in the event of being over 30 minutes late, will be unable to be seated.
Moreover, we kindly request to let us know of any serious allergies or dietary requirements in advance. As we are a very small team, who plan and prepare everything fresh each day, we may thus not be able to cater for all allergies.

‘De gustibus non est disputandum’
Stamatis is a pure expression of the Corfiot ‘terroir’! From his early years, he developed genuine passion for gastronomy as his mother was a Chef and his father a restaurateur. Hence, he followed the same path and completed his Advanced Hospitality Studies including Culinary Arts. He has worked in various food and beverage management roles throughout his career in 5* hotels and michelin-starred restaurants both in Greece and the UK.
His main belief is that there is no food without wine or wine without food. Therefore, in order to achieve harmonious pairings you need deep knowledge for both. Consequently, he is a holder of WSET’s flagship Diploma-Level 4 in Wines and Spirits, WSET Hestia-An Advanced Certificate of the World of Greek Wine and also of his Advanced Sommelier title from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Additionally, because of his desire to expand his gastronomic horizons, he travelled around Europe and Greece to traditional food and wine destinations such as Crete, Tuscany, Alsace, Loire, Mosel, Northern Rhône, Champagne and the volcanic islands of Lanzarote and Santorini. Recently, he returned to his homeland after spending several years in the UK working closely with renowned Chefs as a Head Sommelier and Wine Buyer in such venues as The Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland and the michelin-starred restaurant La Trompette in Chiswick, London.
As well as being a perpetual traveller, passionate gastronome and a fun educator, he is currently studying for his Master Sommelier Diploma. All in all, he now craves to share his knowledge, experience and authentic Corfiot recipes with all his guests in Corfu.
